Fee Structure
Rates reflect Ontario market benchmarks for senior-level Indigenous advisory expertise. All fees are in CAD and subject to HST where applicable.

Payment Terms & Conditions
- Net 30 payment terms on invoiced work. 50% deposit required for projects over $5,000.
- HST registration number provided on all invoices. Ontario HST (13%) applies to all services unless client holds applicable exemption.
- Rates reviewed annually. Existing retainer clients receive 60-day notice of any rate adjustments.
- Non-profit and community organization rates available upon request — reach out to discuss.
- All rates in CAD. International clients may be invoiced in USD at prevailing exchange rate.
